WRA is excited to be hosting our 2026 Waterloo Winterfest Tournament from January 8-11th, 2026

Registration opens - Monday, August 18th, 2025

Registration closes - Friday, November 14th, 2025

WINTERFEST DIVISIONS

Only payments via e-transfer are accepted and can be made to treasurer@waterlooringette.com

• Indicate the team name and division in the notes of your e-transfer
• Deadline for payment is Friday, November 21st, 2025
• Deadline to withdraw from Winterfest with a refund is Tuesday November 11th, 2025
• No refunds will be issued after November 11th for a team that withdraws from Winterfest regardless of circumstance
• Acceptance into the tournament will be on a first registered and PAID basis

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

• Games for the tournament will be scheduled mainly at the following arenas:  RIM Park, Albert McCormick Community Centre & Moses Springer Community Centre. 
• There will only be a handful of games on Thursday night and those will be assigned to local or adult teams only. 
• We will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests so long as they are received at the time of registration. 
• WRA will host an array of exciting events throughout the weekend, including local vendors and raffle draws.  More information to come!
