Registration Players (2010/2011 edition)

How To Register:

Register by mail

  • Print registration form and fill in all information.
  • Sign registration form.
  • Date registration form.
  • New players will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.
  • Mail registration form, copy of birth certificate (if new) and cheque (do not mail cash) to:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required with each completed registration form. You may pay the
outstanding balance in two installments of 50% each (see registration form for fees). Please remit all
cheques with the completed registration form.

  • 1st cheque (deposit) must be current dated
  • 2nd payment may be post dated for September 1, 2010
  • 3rd payment may be post dated for November 15, 2010

  •  Multifamily discount applies (excluding Open division) where two players pay full registration and receive a 50% discount for subsequent player(s). Discount applies to player(s) with lowest registration fee.
  • Fees do not cover the costs of tournaments, qualifiers, provincials or playing in CORL

* If your child is selected for the Major Bunny team an additional $120 fee will apply
