Approved Clothing Suppliers

Waterloo Ringette Association has formed a partnership with five businesses to supply team clothing for the 2006-2007 season. In the past the Association has allowed our teams to create custom clothing orders in a variety of ways, and feel that this new partnership approach may benefit everyone.

We are not offering complete exclusivity to one company, but are asking all five to provide fair pricing to our members through their individual orders.

All five companies will track any business they receive from our Association and create a summarized report for our Executive by May 1. The Executive will then evaluate the information along with any recommendations that each company may provide on how we proceed with this arrangement for next season. We also intend to obtain feedback from Association members on the service that they received.

By forming these partnerships our goals are to:
- Ensure quality reproduction of the Waterloo Ringette Association logo
- Ensure consistent, fair pricing between groups within our Association
- Ensure sign off on each order processed
- Allow for some comparison shopping between some secured suppliers
- Track all orders and be provided with summaries by May 1.
