Letter From President

Hello to our Waterloo Ringette Players, Parents, Coaches, Officials and Sports Fans! We are ready to begin another fantastic season of Ringette! I'm sure everyone has missed it as much as me! This is Waterloo Ringette's 41st season...can you believe it? The sport of Ringette continues to grow as do our player numbers in our City...one word for that - AWESOME!

I'm happy to be the new President for Waterloo Ringette for this season and next. Being new to the role, I look forward to working with a lot of experienced Executive members as well the new faces that joined the Executive. This new Executive has been working together since our Annual General Meeting in May and have done a terrific job in meeting regularly throughout the spring and summer helping to direct our Association. I am confident that you will find our executive approachable and supportive. Please do not ever hesitate in trying to get an answer to any question you may have. I am easily a phone call or email away. We are also fortunate to have an ever-improving website that will share news and information with our Association all year long. Members are also able to send email questions or concerns to our Executive via our website. Please be sure to check back often for the latest and greatest Waterloo Ringette Wildifre News!

Before our year even begins, I wish to thank all the volunteers and involved people that work to support our sport and help grow Ringette. Parents, family or friends driving to and from arenas, cheering both the successes and possibly the defeats are the supportive backbone to our most valued asset.....our players. For all our Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Trainers who take the time to make a difference in a players lives is a gift that lasts a lifetime. For the Minor Officials, Officials, all Volunteer who help our sport and our players, THANK YOU! Our season cannot be possible without you. If you know of any local companies or businesses that may be interested in financially supporting our Ringette players, please be sure to share their name and information with us, our Executive is willing to contact them and help find a suitable way for them to support Ringette!
