Annual General Meeting 2026

The Waterloo Ringette Association is a volunteer run organization and depends on people like you to keep the association strong and growing.  As our players progress through the different age groups, we are always in need of new volunteers to step up and help.  If you would like to be involved, the AGM is a great time to come forward.  No specific ringette knowledge is required, just a willingness to commit some time and get engaged.  Just let us know your interests and we will have a position for you!  It is a tremendously rewarding experience to support your player and others in learning and enjoying the great game of ringette.

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend our Annual General Meeting.  We would love to see as many members at this meeting as possible.

If you cannot attend the meeting, you can participate in the meeting by:

a) Voting by proxy - This means you are designating someone you name who is attending the meeting to cast a vote on your behalf. - 2026 AGM Proxy Form

b) Absentee voting - this means you provide your vote to the Secretary in advance of the meeting.  To do so, email secretary@waterlooringette.com
